Stephen Preshlock

Stephen Preshlock is currently the Assistant Superintendent of Road Operations at Amtrak, where they supervise daily operations for the Keystone Service and support various projects, including ALC-42 and Acela 21 testing. Previously, they held roles at Norfolk Southern Corporation as a Freight Conductor and at Amtrak as a System Road Foreman, where they managed certification for locomotive engineers and contributed to policy development. With experience as both a Locomotive Engineer and a Passenger Conductor, Stephen has developed a comprehensive skill set in freight and passenger railroad service management.
