Thom Chawluk, Sr. has over 40 years of experience in the passenger railroad industry, primarily with Amtrak in various Operations and Transportation roles. Currently serving as a Semi Retired Consultant at LLC since 2017, Thom utilizes extensive expertise in field operations, national operations, policy development, contract negotiations, and crew management. Thom previously held the position of Senior Director-Crew Management Services at Amtrak since 2004 and served as Senior Director-System Operations from 2002 to 2005. Thom earned a degree in Economics from Temple University from 1973 to 1977.
