Tom Bonner

Tom Bonner is a seasoned director with extensive experience in building operational capacity and improving public service. They served as the Executive Director of Operations at the Office of the Mayor of New York City from 2009 to 2011 and held the Director of Finance and Operations position at Christina Seix Academy from 2011 to 2016. In addition to roles in city planning and budget analysis, Tom currently serves as the Director of Programs at Amtrak's Philadelphia Station since 2024. Tom holds a Master’s Degree from Hunter College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Georgetown University.
