Tom Lee

Tom Lee is currently working at Amtrak as a Principal Business Systems Analyst. Prior to this role, they worked at Fannie Mae where they held various positions including Systems Analyst, Business Analyst III, and Senior Business Analyst Consultant. Before joining Fannie Mae, they were a Business Analyst at Team Technology, Inc. and held roles of Sr. Consultant - Business Analyst and Consultant - Financial Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton. Tom also worked as a Financial Analyst at Convergenz. Tom has a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, and systems implementation.

Tom Lee received a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2006. Tom went on to earn a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2009. In addition, Tom obtained certifications including the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018 and the SAFe® 4 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2017.
