Manoj Kumar has a diverse background in quality assurance and milk procurement, currently serving as a Deputy Manager at Amul (GCMMF) since 2022. Previously, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Jammu Kashmir Milk Producers' Cooperative Ltd. from 2018 to 2022 and worked as an Assistant Manager in Quality Assurance at GCMMF from 2013 to 2018. Manoj began their career as an officer at Vishakha Dairy from 2000 to 2002. They hold a postgraduate diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (2013-2014), an M.Sc. in Dairy Chemistry from the National Dairy Research Institute (2003-2005), and a degree in Chemistry from Banaras Hindu University (1995-1998).
