Ridam Ameta

Ridam Ameta is a Process Specialist in Cultured Products Operations at Amul (GCMMF) with extensive experience in dairy production. They began as a Student Volunteer with the National Service Scheme, where they were recognized as the Best Student Volunteer. Ridam contributed to research at the National Dairy Research Institute, focusing on the preparation and analysis of ultrafiltered goat milk halloumi cheese. They held various roles within Amul, including Senior Officer, where they managed production operations and quality audits. Ridam completed a B.Tech in Dairy Technology from the College of Dairy & Food Science Technology in 2020.
