Ken Chen is currently serving as the Onshore Fund Operation Manager at Amundi since May 2023, previously holding the role of Onshore Fund Operation Trainee. In this position, Ken oversees daily Fund Administration operations, which include NAV verification, processing client orders, and resolving various settlement and reconciliation issues. Ken has improved operational efficiency through the development of VBA scripts that automate report generation, thereby minimizing manual workload and errors. Prior to Amundi, Ken completed a summer internship at CTBC Bank focused on digital promotion projects and corporate social responsibility operations. Ken holds a Master's degree in Financial Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from CTBC Business School.
