Laura D. has a strong background in legal and regulatory roles within the financial industry. Laura currently serves as the Head of Legal Spain at Amundi, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held several positions at Bankinter, including Director Conducta Servicios de inversión minorista - Cumplimiento Normativo Bankinter S.A., Responsable Analisis Cumplimiento Normativo en Bankinter SA, and Director Soporte Control en Bankinter Gestión de Activos SGIIC SA. At Barclays Private Bank, they worked as a Regulatory Legal Advisor, and at Cuatrecasas, they served as an Associate and Abogada especialista en Regulatorio financiero y Mercado de Valores. Laura also briefly worked as a Legal Advisor at Fidelity International. Throughout their career, Laura has provided extensive legal advice and expertise on various regulatory frameworks, such as MiFID, MiFIR, PRIIPs, and market valuerules, and has been involved in the launch and implementation of new financial products and services.

Laura D. has a diverse education history that spans over several years. In 1999-2005, they attended the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they pursued a Doble Licenciatura in Law and Business Administration. As part of their studies, they participated in a one-year Erasmus program at Maastricht University in 2004. In 2015, Laura completed the Programa de Especialista en IIC at Financial Mind. In 2018-2019, they enrolled in the Programa de desarrollo Directivo at the University of Deusto. Most recently, in 2020, Laura obtained a Certificado Avanzado en Cumplimiento Normativo from the International Compliance Association (ICA).
