Rob Carter

Rob Carter, CFA, currently serves as the Global Head of Professional Services at Amundi Technology, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Rob was a Partner at KPMG UK from August 2020 to February 2024 and served as CEO and Co-Founder of AlgoMe from July 2016 to June 2020. Rob also held the role of Partner at AlgoMe Consulting between August 2017 and December 2019. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Equities and Fixed Income Systems (Global) at Aberdeen Asset Management from November 2013 to July 2016, as well as holding the title of Senior Manager at Alpha Financial Markets Consulting from December 2006 to November 2013. Rob began a career in consulting as an Analyst at Accenture from February 2005 to December 2006. Rob holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol, completed between 2000 and 2004, and is also a graduate of the CFA Institute, having completed studies from 2009 to 2011.
