Ella Dolding is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in account management, currently serving as Deputy Head of Account Management and Business Director at AMV BBDO since February 2018. Dolding has led notable campaigns for Guinness Global across various regions, including Guinness Africa's "Brothers" and the award-winning "Black Shines Brightest," recognized by the Marketing Society. Prior to AMV BBDO, Dolding gained valuable experience at Aesop Agency, managing high-profile campaigns for HBO shows and various brands. Dolding's career began with internships at notable companies such as Nelson Bostock Group Unlimited and BBH London. Dolding holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Nottingham and a MAA Diploma in Integrated Marketing.
