Andy Cleary

Andy Cleary has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2012, Andy worked as an Operations Intern at PADNOS - Recycling Solutions until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, Andy worked at Perrigo Company plc, starting as a Sales and Operations Planning Intern and progressing to a Sales and Operations Planning Analyst, Supervisor, and finally a Senior Supply Chain Analyst. Since 2018, Andy has been working at Amway, initially as a Forecast Analyst, then as a Senior Forecast Analyst, Lead Forecast Analyst, and currently as a Lead Sourcing Manager.

Andy Cleary completed their education at Grand Valley State University. Andy obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Supply Chain Management from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, they hold several certifications, including a Demand Planning Course from Oliver Wight Americas, Inc. in February 2016, Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the Association for Supply Chain Management in June 2015, and a Lean Sigma Green Belt certification from Perrigo Company plc.
