Barbara Li has extensive experience in talent management and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Amway (China) Co., Ltd since January 2019. Previously, Barbara Li held positions at BN Management Consultants LTD and worked as a teller at Heng Seng Bank Guangzhou Branch and the Hongkong And Shanghai Banking Corp Limited. Starting a career in training management at Timmy's Hi Tech Food Co., Ltd, Barbara Li developed skills in employee development from 1990 to 1993. Barbara Li holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Murdoch University, which was completed between 2001 and 2002.
