Eric Nace

Eric Nace has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Eric started their career as a Software Engineer at Reynolds & Reynolds in 1989 before joining Microsoft in 1991, where they worked as a Software Design Engineer for 14 years. At Microsoft, they contributed to projects like Visual Studio 2005, focusing on the design and development of distribution and execution frameworks.

After leaving Microsoft in 2005, Eric joined Resource Data Incorporated as a Senior Analyst and Branch Manager. In this role, they opened and managed an office in Fairbanks, AK, and was responsible for generating business in the local market. Eric served as Branch Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Developer, among other roles.

In 2010, Eric became an Instructor at the University of Alaska Fairbanks before transitioning to The Clymb in 2012. At The Clymb, Eric held roles including Senior Director of Event Production and Senior Director of Logistics, Operations & Customer Service. Eric was involved in various projects aimed at improving efficiency, scaling processes, and enhancing the customer experience.

From 2014 to 2021, Eric worked at Nike, where they held positions such as Director of Programs and Software Engineer Manager. Eric contributed to targeted marketing platforms and the Nike Communications Platform, overseeing development and managing software engineering teams.

In 2021, Eric joined HealthStream as the Sr. Director of Operational Intelligence Development, leading the development of operational intelligence projects. Eric recently joined Amway in 2023 as a Sr. Principal Software Developer.

Eric Nace earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Redlands from 1985 to 1989. In addition, they obtained a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2015.
