Jason Rothouse

Jason Rothouse started their work experience in 1999 at Avon as a Senior Chemist in New Product Innovation. Jason excelled in both Color and Skin/Sun Care Formulation and independently developed novel technology and product prototypes. In 2006, they joined Ciba as a Lab Head in Home and Personal Care until 2009. Jason then worked at Avon again from 2009 to 2010 as a Senior Chemist in Productivity / SSI. Jason then joined Arizona Chemical in 2010 as an Application Chemist, where they were responsible for global technical service requests and helped grow the personal care business unit by 20%. Since 2013, Jason has been working at Amway, initially as a Sr Research Scientist - Artistry and currently as a Principal Research Scientist.

Jason Rothouse attended Towson University from 1992 to 1996, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Health Sciences.
