Laura Sullivan is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UI/UX and graphic design. Currently serving as the Lead UI/UX Designer at Amway since November 2025, Laura has previously held notable positions, including Vice President of Design and Creative Director at Calder Solutions from July 2019 to November 2025. Additional roles at Amway involved leading design initiatives for commerce and branding. Laura's career also includes significant contributions at CQL as Creative Director, Art Director, and UX Designer, alongside earlier experience as a Web Front-end Developer at Parelio and Graphic Designer at Granger Group. Laura began the design journey at Eastern Michigan University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design in 2006.
