Mark Carlson has extensive experience in manufacturing leadership within the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. Serving as the Manufacturing Group Leader in the Cosmetics Department at Amway since 2007, Mark has directed the packaging of a diverse range of products, achieving an impressive annual production volume of 92 million units. In a previous role at Amway, as Manufacturing Group Leader for Pressure Packaging Aerosols, Mark oversaw the packaging of 78 million aerosol products annually. Prior experience at Pfizer from 2005 to 2006 involved supervising non-sterile liquids packaging for a wide array of prescription and over-the-counter products, where Mark led a team of 25 and initiated safety ergonomics improvements. Mark holds an Associate of Science degree in Water Purification Technology from Bay de Noc Community College.
