Matthew Runyon has over a decade of experience in scientific leadership and innovation within biotechnology and life sciences. At Amway from 2012 to 2015, serving as Principal Scientist, Runyon established a global microbiome technology platform and led external scientific partnerships. As Senior Manager of Global Sciences, direct accountability for a diverse team of approximately 30 scientists resulted in enhanced team engagement and value.
