Michael Heyn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise integration and software development. Currently serving as Manager of Enterprise Integration at Amway since September 2013, Michael leads a team of over 40 staff, managing resources, overseeing development practices, and enhancing design quality across projects. Previously, Michael held the position of Lead Software Developer, guiding a team of 28 in global integration and agile methodologies. Prior experience includes roles at Gentex Corporation, ranging from Application Developer, where Michael mentored teams in Service-Oriented Architecture and led the development of a software patent tracking system, to Control System Engineer, where Michael designed network infrastructure for critical automation equipment.
