Mike Nanda

Mike Nanda serves as Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Amway since April 2019, overseeing the manufacturing operations for Nutrilite, a significant health and wellness brand with annual revenues exceeding $4 billion, across facilities in California, Michigan, and Washington. Prior to this role, Mike Nanda held various positions at Nutrilite, including Director of Operations and Plant Manager, and at Alberto Culver as Director of Global Quality & Process Improvement and Plant Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Estee Lauder, BWAY Corporation, EMCO Chemical Distributors, Inc., and KIK Custom Products. Mike Nanda holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, an MSME in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
