Nathan Sall has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Nathan started their career as a Boat Detailer at Action Water Sports from 2006 to 2011. Nathan then worked at ThyssenKrupp as a Team Lead specializing in Quality Control from June 2012 to December 2012. Nathan joined Meijer in December 2012, where they held various roles including ITS Quality Analyst - POS, ITS Lead Quality Analyst - Mobile Applications, and ITS Sr. Business Analyst - Digital and Mobile Technology until May 2015. After that, they joined Crowe as a Sr. Business Analyst/ScrumMaster - Applied Technology from May 2015 to August 2018. Currently, Nathan is working at Amway, where they have held roles such as Product Owner - Global Digital Services, Sr. Product Manager - Global Digital Services, and Lead Digital Capability Program Owner - Global Sales since August 2018.

Nathan Sall attended Unity Christian High School from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their high school diploma. Following this, they attended Hope College from 2008 to 2012, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management/Accounting. In terms of additional certifications, Nathan obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2017, and later achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the same institution in November 2019.
