Paula Downs

Paula Downs, CSPO, is a Sr Product Manager at Amway, where they apply their extensive experience in IT and product management. They previously held various roles at Amway, including Associate IT Systems Analyst I and II, and Scrum Master, after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Ferris State University. Paula also worked as a Supply Chain Intern and served as a Senior Resident Advisor, where they managed a diverse residence hall and promoted student development. In addition, they attended Rhine-Waal University to study International Business.
