Ron Phillips

Ron Phillips, CISA, MBA, currently serves as Global Manager – Information Security & Risk and Global IT Audit Manager at Amway since May 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Global IT Security and Lead IT Auditor at Johnson Controls from 2008 to April 2014, and as Director of IT Risk Management at Regal Beloit from April 2007 to June 2008. Additional experience encompasses serving as IT Director at Pentair Water - Filtration from April 2001 to January 2007, managing various strategic IT initiatives and compliance efforts. Earlier in the career, Ron worked as a Real Estate Salesperson at Shorewest Realtors from February 2008 to February 2010. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Lubar College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rust College.
