Steven Pierce

Steven Pierce has had a diverse work experience, starting with their roles at Amway. Steven began as a Undergraduate Demand Supply Intern in May 2006 and then transitioned to an Undergraduate Finance Intern in September 2006. After completing their undergraduate studies, they became a Finance Analyst at Dell in June 2007. From December 2009 to September 2011, Steven was a Business Analyst at Dell, where they led various projects and demonstrated strong business acumen. Steven then took on the role of Internal Auditor and Internal Management Consultant at Dell from September 2011 to August 2013, where they used their analytical skills to identify and mitigate enterprise risk. Moving back to Amway, they were a Senior Financial Analyst from August 2013 to December 2015. Following that, Steven was the Supervisor of Inventory Controls and Analysis at Amway from December 2015 to February 2018. Steven'sfinal role at Amway was as the Lead Supply Chain Analyst, which they started in February 2018.

Steven Pierce graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a minor in Supply Chain and Information Sciences and Technology, from 2003 to 2007. Steven also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Module in Macroeconomics, Money, and Banking during the same period. In 2020, Steven obtained a Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.

In addition to their formal education, Steven Pierce has obtained various certifications. Steven completed Alteryx Server Implementation from Alteryx in May 2023, Alteryx Server Administration in December 2022, Alteryx Machine Learning Foundation Micro-Credential in November 2022, Alteryx Foundational Micro-Credential in July 2022, Alteryx Designer Core Certification in February 2022, and became Alteryx Core Certified in September 2018. Furthermore, they obtained Dell Brand Certification in November 2012, Dell Social Media and Community Professional Certification in November 2012, and Dell Business Process Improvement Yellow Belt (Six Sigma Methodology) in August 2006.
