Timothy Ruffini has extensive experience in marketing and brand management, currently serving as the Manager of Amway North America Business Opportunity Marketing since May 2010. Timothy has held various roles at Amway, including Customer Experience Manager and Brand Manager for both the Amway Brand & Business Opportunity and the Global Amway Brand. Prior to joining Amway, Timothy was the Director of Brand Management at Izzy+ and worked as a Product Specialist at Haworth. Timothy's early career includes a position as a Food Host at Walt Disney World, where exceptional service was delivered through safety, courtesy, show, and efficiency. Timothy holds an MBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan-Flint, graduating with honors.
