Wayne Schalk

Wayne Schalk has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Wayne worked at Amway as a Lead Software Developer, where they led the design, development, and deployment of custom MES software for manufacturing facilities. Wayne also oversaw SQL Server database schema changes and managed the database object promotion system. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineer III at Amway, where they designed, developed, and supported custom in-house Manufacturing Intelligence/Execution Systems software.
