Yi Chen

Yi Chen is an experienced digital marketing professional with a background in social media management and language expertise. Currently serving as the Social Media Marketing Manager and Traditional Chinese Language Lead at Couchers.org since October 2021, Yi oversees marketing for a non-profit organization focused on couchsurfing, boasting over 20,500 users. In addition, Yi contributes as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Amway, managing advertising content for various product lines and supporting the e-commerce platform. Previous roles include internships in sticker marketing for LINE Corp and public relations at Edelman, along with editorial work at National Taiwan University's Career Center. Yi holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Development from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Business Administration from National Chengchi University. An exchange program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University further enhances Yi's communication skills.
