Libbie Bridge

Libbie Bridge has a strong background in various roles related to learning and development, culture and inclusion, and marketing. Libbie has served as the Head of Global Learning and Growth at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals since 2023. Prior to this, they held senior director positions at Novocure, where they were responsible for culture and inclusion, strategic capabilities, and learning and development. Libbie also had experience as a director of training and development at Novocure. Previously, Libbie worked as a marketing consultant for their own business from 2013 to 2016 and was a yoga teacher and therapist at YogaLife Institute from 2010 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a vice president of client services and a senior account director at Snow Companies. Libbie also worked as a management supervisor in digital services and a director of digital services at Cambridge BioMarketing. Libbie started their career at Biogen, where they served as an associate product manager and a customer support training manager.

Libbie Bridge holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Adult and Organizational Learning from Suffolk University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 1992 to 1996. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Bold, Inclusive Conversations Certified Facilitator from The Winters Group, Inc., Intuitive Body Coach- Trauma Informed Coaching Certification from Intuitive Body Coach©, 500-hr Comprehensive Yoga Therapy from YogaLife Institute, and Yoga Teaching Certification, 200-hour also from YogaLife Institute.
