Meg McDonnell

Meg McDonnell has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in compensation and HR systems. Meg is currently working at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals as the Lead for Compensation & HR Systems. Prior to this, they held roles at Sarepta Therapeutics, where they served as a Compensation Partner and Senior Compensation Analyst. Meg also worked as a Compensation Analyst at reacHIRE, and as an HR Generalist- Staffing at SeaChange International. Before that, Meg worked at Groupe SMCP as the European HR & Payroll Supervisor, overseeing payroll, personnel administration, HR support, and legal matters. Meg also worked at Kobaltt International, managing full-cycle recruitment, visa applications, HR administration, and payroll for international offices. Meg began their career as a Consultant and Research Assistant at TeamRH.

Meg McDonnell earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Sheffield Hallam University from 2004 to 2006. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).
