Michael Tsang

Michael Tsang has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and accounting industry since 2000. In 2000, they began their career as a Financial Analyst at ReleaseNow.com. In 2003, they held a contract position as a Corporate Tax Analyst at Wells Fargo. In 2004, they were a Senior Project Coordinator at Novartis/Chiron. In 2008, they held the role of Senior Financial Analyst at Celera Corporation. From 2010 to 2016, they were a Senior Finance Manager at Quest Diagnostics/Celera Corp. In 2019, they became the Associate Director of Finance at Amyris, where they are currently employed. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for developing financial presentations and ad hoc analysis for executive management, managing the financial consolidation process for expense and capital budgets, and creating earnings release and BOD presentation material.

Michael Tsang holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management, where they studied Finance. Michael also holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied Biochemistry and Molecular Cell Biology.
