Alan McCarty

Alan McCarty is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in DevOps, engineering, and operations management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Platform at Anaconda, Inc. since August 2017, Alan has successfully led teams focused on integrating enterprise data science platforms with Big Data and AI technologies. Prior roles include Sr. DevOps Engineer at Cornell University, Director of Operations and Support at GiveGab, and multiple positions at eCornell where strategic technology management was key. Alan's earlier experience includes significant contributions as Sr. Security Engineer at Sungard and various system administration roles at educational institutions. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Oklahoma State University.
