Rekha Jha

Rekha Jha began their career in 2007 as a Recruitment Executive/Technical Recruiter with Dibon. Rekha then moved to Applestone Inc. in the same year, where they held the role of Business Development Manager/Recruitment Executive. In 2010, they joined Compare Infobase Limited as a BDM. In 2011, they began working at ARK Solutions, Inc. as a Delivery & Accounts Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Ana-Data Consulting as an Operations & Delivery professional.

Rekha Jha recently obtained a Certificate of completion in SHRM and CPE from WeSchoolBusinessDesign in 2021. Rekha also holds a Scrum Master certification from the Institute of Project Management. Rekha has a PGDBA in HR from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn in September 2021.
