Michelle Smith

Michelle Smith has extensive experience in the technology and customer experience sectors, currently serving as a Customer Experience Business Partner at Avanos Medical since August 2016. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from July 2013 to July 2016, and as an EHS Rules Programmer at 3E Company from April 2012 to May 2013. Earlier career positions include Programmer II at Butler Schein Animal Health from August 2005 to April 2011 and Senior Programmer Analyst at SoftSheen-Carson from January 2000 to July 2005. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology and a post baccalaureate degree in Software Engineering from Towson University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Southern University.
