Don McCarthy

Don McCarthy is a Principal Engineer in Mixed Signal Design Engineering with forty years of experience in the semiconductor electronics industry. Currently, they work at Analog Devices as the principal architect of a 16nm Timing Generator chip, overseeing all aspects of the chip's design and managing global resources. They founded US ASIC, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company, where they handle product design, development, and various business negotiations, and have developed multiple products now in production. McCarthy holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and is pursuing further education at Boston College.
