Fan Xia is currently a Senior Engineer in MEMS Design Engineering at Analog Devices, a position they have held since 2025. They are also pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, where they have been a doctoral student since 2021. Fan gained practical experience as a Haptic Engineering Intern at Apple in 2023. Prior to these roles, Fan obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tsinghua University and two Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Engineering/Industrial Management from Tianjin University.
