Fred Bailey

Fred Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations, currently serving as the Corporate Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Analog Devices since September 2021. Prior to this role, Fred held multiple positions at Maxim Integrated from March 2014 to March 2022, including Vice President and Managing Director of Wafer Fab Operations. Fred began his career at Texas Instruments, where from June 1994 to February 2014, Fred served as an Engineering Manager. Fred holds a Master's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and two Bachelor's Degrees in Metallurgical Engineering and Engineering Science from Columbia University and Pacific Lutheran University, respectively.
