Justin Eckard is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in embedded systems and FPGA design. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Analog Devices since April 2012, Justin leads a team focused on embedded system designs utilizing advanced SoC FPGAs to facilitate the evaluation and characterization of software-defined radio ICs. Previous roles include Senior Manager of FPGA Digital Design Engineering, where Justin managed a team developing FPGA-based platforms for wideband integrated radio transceivers, and FPGA Design Engineer, responsible for high-speed interface designs and customized DMA solutions. Prior to Analog Devices, Justin held the position of Principal Engineer at Signalscape, Inc., focusing on digital hardware design for wireless networks, and worked as a Hardware Engineer at Ericsson and a co-op at Underwriters Laboratories. Justin holds dual bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
