Lance Doherty

Lance Doherty is the Acting Director of BMS System Architecture at Analog Devices, where they manage a talented team of engineers across multiple countries to develop advanced wireless and systems products for the automotive market. Previously, they served as a System Engineer at Dust Networks and Linear Technology, focusing on wireless protocol design and optimization. Lance earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Alberta and a PhD in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a commitment to inclusivity and the importance of diverse perspectives in solving complex engineering challenges.
