Matteo Grimaldi

Matteo Grimaldi is an accomplished machine learning scientist, currently serving as a Staff Machine Learning Scientist at Analog Devices since November 2024. Prior to this role, Matteo worked at Deeplite as a Senior AI Research Scientist and AI Research Scientist, focusing on innovative methods for efficient deep learning from April 2022 to October 2024. Matteo's research background includes a postdoctoral position at Politecnico di Torino, where efforts concentrated on efficient neural network development, alongside roles as a Teaching Assistant and Doctoral Researcher. During a Doctoral Research Internship at Harvard University, Matteo explored compression techniques for BERT, enhancing NLP solutions on hardware accelerators. Matteo's earlier experience includes a Graduate Research Internship at Harvard Medical School, working on machine learning solutions for rehabilitation technology.
