Ruby Paculanan

Ruby Paculanan, MBA, is an experienced engineering professional with a proven track record in hardware development and PCB design. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Hardware Development at Analog Devices since August 2021, Ruby previously held positions at Maxim Integrated and Lattice Semiconductor, where responsibilities included team management, project oversight, and technical mentorship. Ruby's career began at Analog Devices in 2000, progressing through various roles and gaining extensive expertise in PCB design, fabrication processes, and project management. Ruby holds a Master in Business Administration from Lyceum of the Philippines University and degrees in Manufacturing Engineering and Electronics Technology from Technological University of the Philippines and Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, respectively.
