Chris B. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Chris has held multiple roles at L3 Security & Detection Systems, including Vice President and General Manager Global Service, Vice President Strategic Development, Vice President Critical Infrastructure Solutions, Vice President Business Development, and VP, World Wide Sales, Service, and Business Development. Chris has also worked at Epsilon Imaging, L3 Technologies, Raytheon Commercial Infrared, Exostar, Textron Inc., and EDS/AT Kearney in various leadership positions.
Chris B. has a diverse education history spanning across various fields. In 1980, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Geophysics with a double major from Boston College. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, graduating in 1990.
In addition to their formal education, Chris B. has also obtained several certifications. In 1993, they became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) through the CFA Institute. In 2009, they earned the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from L-3 Communications. Continuing their professional development, they completed the World Sailing Offshore Personal Survival Training Course offered by the United States Sailing Association in 2016. In 2018, they obtained the OUVP (Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels less than 100 Gross Tons) certification from the United States Coast Guard. Most recently, in 2020, they completed the Internet of Things: Business Implications and Opportunities course at MIT Sloan Executive Education.
