Kelley Skees

Kelley Skees is a seasoned IT security professional and veteran with over 20 years of experience leading high-performance teams across various technical disciplines. Currently serving as the Program Director for Hampton Roads Operations at ANALYGENCE, Kelley previously held key roles including Naval Officer in the US Navy, Principal Systems Engineer at Raytheon, and Director of Network Operations/Cyber Security on the USS George H.W. Bush. With degrees in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and Workforce Education and Development, Kelley brings a strategic vision and inclusive management style to complex challenges in the field. Additionally, Kelley holds Security +, C|EH, and CHFI certifications along with a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
