Molly Rydzynski

Molly Rydzynski is a seasoned project manager with TSI/SCI clearance, currently serving as the Director of the Program & Quality Management Office. With over a decade of international experience, Molly has expertly led diverse projects including system support and training initiatives. They have demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic thinking, particularly in their roles at OBXtek and the U.S. Department of State, where they enhanced client satisfaction and implemented impactful outreach programs. Molly holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Canisius University and is pursuing a Master's in Library and Information Science at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
