Thomas Hayden

Thomas Hayden is an experienced leader and facilitator currently serving as an IWIP Senior Analyst at ANALYGENCE since 2023. Previously, from 2020 to 2023, Hayden was the Command Master Chief at the Office of Naval Intelligence, leading 3,500 personnel in the maritime intelligence domain. Before that, from 2018 to 2020, Hayden served as Command Master Chief at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic, overseeing 1,500 personnel. Hayden's earlier roles include Command Master Chief for Naval Support Activity Washington and Department Supervisor, during which time they excelled in managing and advising on enlisted affairs for large teams within the U.S. Navy. Additionally, Hayden holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Excelsior College and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
