Weldon Foster Jr.

Weldon Foster Jr., MBA, MSM, is a seasoned financial management specialist with extensive experience in cybersecurity, program analysis, and telecommunications. They served in the U.S. Army as a Telecommunications Specialist from 1982 to 2005 and later held various roles, including Acquisition Program Manager at the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command, where they received the Joint Civilian Service Achievement Medal. Weldon has also worked with several organizations, including ICF and General Dynamics, and is currently a Financial Management Specialist at ANALYGENCE. They hold an MBA and an MSM, both focusing on project management and leadership, from Strayer University.
