Crystal Pike

Crystal Pike started their career in 2001 as an Analyst at Analysis Group, where they worked until 2005. In 2006, they served as a Marketing Management Intern at Merck. In 2007, they returned to Analysis Group and worked as an Associate/Manager until 2011. Crystal then progressed to the role of Vice President from 2012 until their most recent position as Managing Principal, which they have held since May 2017.

Crystal Pike attended Mount Holyoke College from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Crystal later pursued further education at MIT Sloan School of Management from 2005 to 2007, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
