Jack Chen

Jack Chen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. As CEO and Co-Founder of BUKI since June 2014, Jack has led efforts to enhance operational efficiency for cultivators and processors. Concurrently, Jack serves as Principal at Pronetik, offering management consulting and litigation support on securities and derivatives matters since April 2010. Additional roles include Affiliated Expert at Analysis Group, Manager at CIMON ART, and former Investment Management Attorney at Axiom. Jack's previous experience encompasses leadership positions as Managing Director at Centerline Capital, COO at HillMark Capital Management, and a VP/Senior Credit Officer at Moody's Investor Services. Jack began a legal career as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP after obtaining a JD from Fordham University School of Law and an AB from Columbia University.
