Radu Florea

Radu Florea currently serves as an Analyst at Analysis Group, a position held since September 2023, after previously completing a summer analyst role at the same company in 2022. Radu is also a Co-Founder of Vreau să Studiez în America, a non-profit digital platform providing guidance to Romanian students pursuing degrees in the United States. From August 2019 to May 2023, Radu held multiple roles at Vassar College, including Head of the Quantitative Reasoning Center, where tutoring and administrative responsibilities were undertaken, and Ford Scholar Research Fellow, focusing on the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Radu has experience in project management and consulting through various roles, including a project manager for the Vassar Student Consulting Initiative and an intern at WorkFusion. Radu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Economics from Vassar College and an MBA from The Wharton School, with additional education at the University of Oxford and participation in the Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Early Insights Program.
