Matthew Serrano

Matthew Serrano has over 20 years of professional experience in the software engineering field. Matthew began their career in 1999 as a Researcher/Web Developer at PeopleScape Inc., where they researched candidates to be integrated into PeopleSoft's candidate tracking system and managed the candidate email referral engine and web site. In 2000, they joined SBI.Razorfish as a Sr. Software Engineer in the web development group, responsible for design and development of customer facing solutions, primarily focused on banking applications used by Visa partner banks and merchants. Matthew engineered web applications that allowed Visa and their partners to manage content used by the Visa global network of merchant banks and partners. In 2004, they joined Ordinate Corporation as a Sr. Software Engineer, and later that same year was promoted to Manager Engineering at Harcourt Assessment. In 2005, they were promoted again to Director Engineering/IT at Pearson (formerly Ordinate Corporation). Finally, in 2012 they joined Aplos Software, LLC as CTO, and in 2022 they became CTO / Owner of Analytic Measures Inc.

Matthew Serrano attended Santa Clara University from 1997 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General.
