Stephen Leitold

Stephen Leitold is a strategic analyst specializing in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) with extensive experience in military operations and training. Currently serving as a Strategic CWMD Analyst at ANSER since July 2019, Stephen provides advisory support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's Security Cooperation Engagement Program, focusing on program development and execution for European and African commands. Previously, Stephen held several leadership roles in the US Army, including Senior CBRN Combat Development Non-Commissioned Officer, where responsibilities included project management and training oversight. Stephen's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Homeland Security and a Certificate in Emergency Management Executive Leadership from American Military University, as well as an Associate's Degree in Environmental Science Technician from Ozark Technical Community College.
