Rajiv Ala has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rajiv started their career as a Sr Logistics Engineer at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc, where they developed routing algorithms and optimization tools to reduce transportation costs for customers. Rajiv also implemented load assignment tools to improve driver and tractor utilization. Rajiv later became a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst at the same company, where they developed web tools and data mining tools for data analysis, forecasting, and tracking accidents and costs.
Rajiv then transitioned to Unilever, where they worked as a Supply Chain Management - Team Leader and later as a Business Systems Manager. In these roles, they managed a team and was responsible for demand planning, order execution, truck optimization, customer delivery, and in-stocks. Rajiv also designed and implemented a Sales Forecasting and Inventory Optimization tool for all Unilever - Walmart categories.
In 2015, Rajiv founded their own company called Analytical Boost Inc, where they served as the Founder and CEO.
